In the afternoon of August 18, we confirmed from STO Express,one of China’s biggest Express enterprises, that JD required vendors to stop using STO. If vendors in JD do not follow, their normal delivery will be affected. STO has responded that upon receiving the feedback from stores and outlets, they always keep communication with the relevant person in charge of JD, but the problem has not been solved. They said the ban has nothing to do with the quality of service. Someone said they may be related to Alibaba, cause Alibaba rejects JD Logistics to join their service net, and Alibaba is one of the investors of STO Express.
