Intel is seeking to buy Israeli startup Granulate for about $650 million. But the deal has yet to be finalized. Headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel, Granulate was founded in 2018 by its CEO Asaf Ezra, and CTO Tal Saiag. The company helps businesses reduce cloud computing expenses by optimizing the use of computing resources without rewriting code.

The request, contained in a letter, is expected to reach Telecom Italia as early as Wednesday. It is reported that KKR & Co had offered 10.8 billion euros to buy the company in November last year.
